Alexander Zemlyak
Alexander is a Principal at Geek Ventures, focusing on deal sourcing and portfolio companies support.
Prior to joining Geek Ventures, Alexander served as a Principal and Head of Israel at LETA Capital, where he led the firm's investments in Late-Seed and Series A stage tech startups globally, with a focus on Israel and CEE. He also served as a Board Member at Qmarkets, a leading provider of enterprise idea and innovation management. Prior to Leta, Alexander worked in London at a corporate-backed accelerator Founders Factory founded by Brent Hoberman, and before that in Israel at the late-stage VC/PE called Magical Capital founded by Jeremie Berrebi.
In his spare time, Alexander likes to drive with his family to the North of Israel, and fantasize over starting a farm with chickens and goats in the Galilee.
